Your guesses
stay yours.
Privacy policy · Effective September 10, 2026
ImagiGuess is provided by Ramiro Ramirez. This policy covers the iPhone app and these support pages.
What stays on your device
Your guesses, scores, hints used, progress, and saved puzzle catalog are stored locally on your iPhone. The app does not send these to us. iOS may include local app data in device backups according to your backup settings.
Downloading puzzles
The app downloads image files and puzzle descriptions from Amazon Web Services (AWS). To deliver those files, AWS processes ordinary connection information such as your IP address and the requested file. We do not enable viewer access logs for this content hosting, link requests to a player profile, or use them for advertising. AWS handles service information under its privacy notice.
No tracking or account
ImagiGuess has no account registration, advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information. These support pages use no analytics scripts or tracking cookies.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use that information to reply and troubleshoot. Email is handled by our email provider, Google, under its privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unrelated to your request.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until the app's data is removed, including when you delete the app. Device backups are controlled through your Apple settings. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. There is no online ImagiGuess account to delete.
Children
The game does not ask players for a name, age, or contact information. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
Changes and contact
We will update this page if the app's data practices change. For privacy questions or requests, email ramiro.ramirez.231914@gmail.com.
